Energy Audits for 1 to 4 Family Homes
Through the Home Performance with Energy Star program, CRG can provide you with a preliminary energy audit (aka home performance assessment). The audit will review health and safety of the existing combustion equipment; durability issues related to moisture and poor ventilation and overall energy consumption. The audit involves checking for carbon monoxide, gas leaks and airtightness by employing blower door and combustion efficiency equipment.
After the initial assessment, CRG will provide estimates on the work to be completed and act as single point of contact until the project is complete.

CRG provides various services for all building types including project management, feasibility studies, energy audits, energy modeling, design review and incentive procurement.
As an approved partner in New Jersey's Pay for Performance program, CRG's fees are reimbursable by the state for feasibility studies and project management on all large building types looking to reduce their energy consumption.
