The original Wonder Bread factory is currently being repurposed into a modern, LEED Certified mixed-use facility.  Once completed the new building will house 68 homes, modern amenities including wellness center, resident lounge and vegetated green roof.  Ground level retail space is provided, adding to the vibrant midtown Hoboken neighborhood.
